Interisland Ferries
|
There
are at present two companies offering this service.
Strait Shipping
and
The Interislander
are the two to choose from. I have used both, and prefer Strait Shipping's Bluebridge. It
is a friendlier ship and is also a fair bit cheaper.
The Interislander's
two
conventional ferries take just on three hours.
The Bluebridge takes three hours and twenty minutes which gives you that little
extra time to enjoy some of the best coastal scenery in New Zealand.
