Gunn's Bush Walk
There are a few walks about
Waimate, in the south island, one of which is at Gunn's Bush just on the
outskirts of town. This is a pleasant walk through local South Canterbury Bush.
At the start you follow the creek through a pleasant moss lined track.
Follow the creek for a while
Enjoy the bush, maybe listen out for the Bellbirds.
When you leave the creek the track climbs for a while then comes back down to meet itself by the creek. just keep walking to get back to where you started. This walk will take about one hour to do the circuit.
